Weds 21st September 2011 Positive thoughts for today: 1) I've started the positive thoughts challenge - I did something similar last year for a while and it really helped me through a dark patch, but I'm hoping this challenge will kick start a great habit. 2) I have a great friend that I enjoy sharing a coffee with on a weekly basis 3) It's not raining. Thurs 22nd September 2011 1) The robins were singing to each other as I walked to work this morning - I am fortunate to have a calm, peaceful and green environment in which to work 2) I've lost a pound and a half since returning from fieldwork last week 3) It's my last day in the office for the week

Thurs 11th Aug - what a difference extra cuddles make! We cuddle a lot anyway or so I thought but the HUG challenge has made our week - if anyone wants a cuddle we STOP and have a hug no matter if the dinner will boil over or if we think we need to finish what we're doing or if we're busy playing we just HUG and feel HAPPY!!!! xxxx

Wed 10th August - I just LOVE it when things turn out even better than expected! My Dyson Vaccum has been broken for 3 weeks.....I delayed the engineer coming out to fix it whilst I saved some pennies to pay for it......and some over for the inevitable extra cost! However I can POSITIVELY say that not only is it fixed but it's working better than ever and all the spare parts he relaced have practically given me a new machine......for not extra cost!!!!! Thank you Dyson for making be so very happy today :o)

I had time to be creative today which felt amazing. It was fun to have the children joining in but REALLY good to actually be doing some myself - food for the soul :o)

Sat 6th Aug I'm so thankful for good friends....just day to day ctahing up, smiling, laughing and sharing little problems....life is lighter when supported by friends :o) To all my lovely friends I love you! Today was filled up with children's parties - I always stay as M & O are generally slow to join in and find it overwhelming to begin with. What a great opportunity though to ctach up with my friends (the Mums) help where I can and admire all the hard work and effort thats been made - us Mum's really ARE amazing!
